The BEST Homemade Guacamole

When it comes to dips, it’s hard to beat homemade guacamole made with perfectly ripe avocados. I made this a few years ago for my family when we were on vacation in Florida, and it was gone in minutes!

The best part is that it’s super easy to whip up! This guac just calls for a few simple ingredients, do a bit of chopping, mash it all together, and you are all set!

This guac is full of heart-healthy monounsaturated fats from avocados, plus more micronutrients from the garlic, onions, and herbs. Truly the most healthy and delicious dip ever!

If you like your guacamole with a little kick, leave in the seeds from the jalapeno. For a milder version, remove them.

I think the best chips for guac are these On The Border Cafe Style Chips, but use whatever you prefer.
