Garlic & Herb Dipping Oil with Dates

Bread dipping oil has recently gone a bit viral on social media, and this is another trend I am happy to participate in.

These loaded oils only take 10-15 minutes to prepare, and they’re loaded with hearty-healthy fats from the olive oil, tons of flavor from the herbs and garlic, plus extra fiber and antioxidants from the Natural Delights Medjool Dates.

Like most of my recipes, this is super adaptable and great for making an impromptu dip with whatever you’ve got on hand! For example:

  • Swap the balsamic with fresh lemon juice

  • Use any kind of olive you have, or ever pepperocinis

  • Sub feta cheese with goat cheese or avocado

  • Literally any combination of herbs will work

  • Add red pepper flakes for a kick

  • Make a super simple version with olive oil, vinegar, garlic, and herbs
