High-Protein Green Goddess Caesar Dip
This dip is essentially just a combination of a few of my favorite things.
Cottage cheese? Caesar dressing? Fresh herbs? Garlic? I’m in!
I absolutely love Caesar dressing. It’s probably my favorite. But it is quite high in calories and fat, so by blending it with cottage cheese, plus some fresh herbs to keep that flavor robust, it’s a healthier, higher-protein approach to a dip that is delicious enough to share with a crowd or keep to yourself.
For the Caesar dressing, I used Hanley’s, which is a Louisiana-based healthy dressing company. I also like the Primal Kitchen Caesar and Litehouse Caesar. Let me know what your favorite store-bought dressing is! I like these options, but transparently, none are quite as good as the homemade versions.
