Herby Turkey Burgers

These herby turkey burgers are one of my favorite easy meals for spring and summer! I’ve been making them for 10 years now. They’re packed with fresh flavor from parsley, cilantro, garlic, and red onion, and come together in under 30 minutes, making them perfect for a quick lunch or dinner. You can cook them on the stove or grill, then serve them on a lettuce wrap or whole grain bun with a side salad or grilled veggies for a simple, balanced meal.
