Herby Turkey Burgers
These herby turkey burgers are one of my favorite easy meals for spring and summer! Iβve been making them for 10 years now. Theyβre packed with fresh flavor from parsley, cilantro, garlic, and red onion, and come together in under 30 minutes, making them perfect for a quick lunch or dinner. You can cook them on the stove or grill, then serve them on a lettuce wrap or whole grain bun with a side salad or grilled veggies for a simple, balanced meal.

1 lb ground turkey
1 large egg
1/4 cup red onion, finely minced
1/2 bunch parsley, chopped
1/2 bunch cilantro, chopped
1/4 cup breadcrumbs
1 clove garlic, grated
1/2 tsp salt
1/4 tsp pepper

Instructions:
Heat a large skillet over medium-high heat or fire up the grill
Combine all ingredients (except buns and toppings) in a large mixing bowl. Mix until well combined.

If using a pan, add some olive oil to the pan, then place 2- 4 burgers in the pan (whatever you have room for).
Cook for 3-5 minutes on each side, until you get a nice golden brown crust on the outside of the burgers.
Serve on brioche buns with desired toppings.
