Peach & Tomato Burrata Salad

Peach & Tomato Burrata Salad
Course Lunch, Dinner
Servings 1-3 servings
Ingredients:
3 creole or heirloom tomatoes, sliced
1 large peach, sliced
1 ball of burrata
2 tbsp fresh basil leaves
Flakey sea salt & freshly cracked pepper to taste
2 tbsp extra virgin olive oil
1 tbsp aged balsamic vinegar or balsamic glaze
Instructions:
Wash, dry, and slice tomatoes and peach into slices.
Place tomato and peach slices onto a large flat plate in a few layers.
Pull apart burrata ball into 4-5 pieces, and place on top of the peaches and tomatoes.
Evenly sprinkle basil leaves over the dish. Add coarse sea salt and pepper to taste.
Drizzle olive oil and balsamic vinegar over the dish.
